Work Experience: -8 years relevant experience. -Career Services: Significant experience in career development within higher education, focusing on student placement and internship programs. -Human Resources: Background in HR, particularly in recruitment or talent development, to understand employer needs and job market trends. -Corporate Experience: Experience in a corporate environment (e.g., finance, consulting, or technology) to provide insights into industry practices and expectations.
3. Management Experience: -Proven track record of leading teams, preferably in a career services or educational setting, with a focus on mentorship and team development.
4. Networking and Relationship Building: -Strong ability to build relationships with employers, alumni, and other stakeholders to enhance career opportunities for students.
5. International Experience: -Experience working with diverse populations and international students, understanding their unique career challenges and opportunities.
6. Skills: -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. -Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative career programs. -Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for career services.

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK - SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC.
